Why Exhibit? The conference exhibition provides an opportunity to raise awareness of your organisation, showcase products, technology and services, and to create contacts within the UK and European scientists and engineers communities. The Venue The exhibition will take place in Glasgow, United Kingdom at the ​Technology and Innovation Centre (TIC), University of Strathclyde​. The exhibition hall is located on the Level 2 Foyer in the TIC. Exhibition Schedule The exhibition will be open from 9 am to 5 pm daily from 20th to 23rd August 2018. ● Exhibitors will set up their booths on 20 August 2018 from 8 am. ● Exhibition booths must be permanently manned during the events. ● Exhibitors will be required to remove their displays on 23 August 2018 after 5 pm. Booth Info For the EKC 2018 sponsors (from Bronze Level), there is no charge for the exhibition. For the non-sponsor exhibitors, the booth costs 500 GBP and ​full registration​ is required. We will provide: ● A clothed table - dimensions of the table is 140 cm (W) X 80 cm (D) X 72 cm (H). ● 2 chairs ● Wireless internet TIC Level 2 Exhibition Hall - reference image (Booth No. 11-13): TIC Level 2 Exhibition Hall - Booth Layout: Shipments We work with ​Stevie Cameron Event Logistics​. For all sizes of packages and shipments, they can: ● Collect packages/shipments from your premises (including overseas addresses) ● Store before and after the exhibitions at their local warehouse ● Deliver items direct to stands (by 8am on Monday 20th August 2018) ● Arrange the return of your shipment after the event Step-by-step guidance Please follow the step-by-step guidance below to complete your exhibition registration: 1) Complete the exhibitor registration by 3rd August 2018 by contacting the Exhibition Coordinator (​secretary@ekc2018.org​). 2) Check the booth layout to pick your preferred booth and inform the Exhibition Coordinator of the booth number.
