Thank you for participating in the Europe-Korea Conference on Science and Technology (EKC) 2018! We are pleased you will be joining us at the Technology and Innovation Centre (TIC) of the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow. In preparation for the conference, we have put together some information that we hope will be helpful as you begin to prepare for the conference and your arrival in Glasgow. 1) EKC 2018 Registration For those who completed the online registration only: • All participants must pay the registration fee prior to arrival at the conference venue as on-site registration and payment will NOT be available. • Please complete your payment as soon as possible and upload the proof of payment to the registration system. Alternatively you could submit the proof of payment to the EKC 2018 Secretary. • For the general participants who are willing to pay the registration fee by credit card, please use the online payment page linked below. Go to online registration: http://www.ekc2018.org/page/registration/ekcregistration 2) Onsite Check-in Upon your arrival at the Technology and Innovation Centre (TIC), please check in at the registration desk on the Level 2 Foyer to confirm your attendance and collect your name badge. Note that onsite check-in is available from 21st to 23rd August between 08:30 and 13:30. 3) Proceedings & Programme Booklet The conference proceedings and programme booklet are now available online. The Conference Booklet contains detailed information on the conference programme, the venues, and the speakers. A hard copy will be provided for all delegates at the conference.
