In preparation for the conference, we have put together some information that we hope will be helpful as you begin to prepare for the conference and your arrival in Glasgow. 1) EKC 2018 Registration For those who completed the online registration only: • Please complete your payment by the end of July at the latest. • On-site registration and payment will NOT be available. • For the general participants who are willing to pay the registration fee by credit card, please use the online payment page linked below. https://www.weezevent.com/ekc-2018-11th-europe-korea-conference-on-science-and-technology For those who already completed both the registration and the payment: • The registration will be approved once the payment is confirmed by the EKC 2018 Finance team which will take up to a couple of weeks. Thank you for your patience and cooperation. 2) Accommodation Glasgow Convention Bureau, the official accommodation provider for EKC 2018, has negotiated discounted rates with a wide range of hotels. There is a great selection of hotels available near the TIC and in the Glasgow City Centre. Accommodation will be sold on a first come, first served basis and the published rates will be available by end of July. Book now to avoid disappointment and secure your discounted rate.
